There you have it, mods on consoles will suck. Also one of the biggest things, there will be no creation kit for console versions. Then you have a bunch of limitations to those mod sizes and how many are available. Keep in mind the operating system for consoles and how the console version of Fallout 4 will be different when it comes to modding. Again, modding a game will corrupt files and settings and will require reinstalling the game, which takes a good couple of hours depending on how you install it. The mods that will work will be gun and armor mods that use lower resolution textures and that work on both Playstation and Xbox platforms.
